The Love Nest
The house is a 1,940 sq. ft. 1956 ranch with terrazzo floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a "step down" family/dining room (previously the carport), and formal living room with a mega huge stone fireplace. All on a corner lot that's roughly .22 acres, right across from a teeny-tiny historic orange grove. (I kid you not.)
